Job Description

Employer is KanelJosephLLC seeking a Personal Assistant for a Full Time contract in Katy, Texas. Occasional domestic travel may be required as well. Full time days off are accumulated based on over time hours. The employer is seeking skilled/experienced people, who can adapt quickly and handle all tasks in a timely and efficient manner.

JOB LOCATION: Katy, TX
START DATE: IMMEDIATE FILL
Employment Type: Full Time Contractor
P/T : days on Monday - Friday ( weekends as needed)
Schedule: 8 hours per day

(1) Pay rate depends on experience and will be determined prior to the Candidate accepting the position; salary is paid on an hourly rate of $18 per hour for anticipated shifts . Holiday days off includes New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

– Adept skills in sending well written emails to established companies on behalf of the business
– Gather good amounts of information relating to any new task given when working on new projects to better understand what needs to be done
– Have a good understanding of how all postal services work(Primarily FedEx, but occasionally others as well )
– Be able to ship out various products to different addresses across the count try on behalf of the company, as well as having correct information on shipping details

• Being knowledgeable in how creating a label ties into shipping

– Liaise with other businesses on the company’s behalf, while aiming to make the most beneficial or asking the most beneficial questions at that time
– Flexible and adapt as needed based on the task at hand
– Be able to make routine trips to various locations at the company’s discretion
– Possibly work weekends, late hours

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
– Have a strong working knowledge in postal shipping processes
– Have strong working knowledge of an efficient filing system
– Must be able to brief, persuade, and convince others on deals that are in our company’s favor
– Have experience writing detailed emails with proper punctuation and grammar
– Proactive and possess a high-degree of professionalism, responsibility and maturity
– Pass a background check (no misdemeanors, felonies or other criminal charges)
– Pass pre-employment drug screening
– Must have a valid US driver’s license

- Have your own or reliable means of transportation

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
– Candidates with prior Personal Assistant’s experience
– Candidates who also meet the minimum requirements will be viewed with higher priority
– Have proficiency with postal shipping processes
– Candidates who live within 30-40 miles of Katy, TX

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
