We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Client Service I to join our Wealth Solutions team. Client Service Leads work with external clients to resolve immediate day-to-day issues while leveraging the appropriate resources at Pershing. They are the first point of contact for most client inquiries across phone, email, and eventually chat. This role is hybrid for out Pittsburgh, PA and Lake Mary, FL offices.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Supports clients in addressing operational questions or issues and ensuring requests are executed
  • Applying problem solving skills based on precedence and experience, using communication skills to deliver high quality
  • Using knowledge of assigned clients to aid in problem-solving and escalating non-routine or complex issues, as needed
  • Participating in internal activities and initiatives designed to improve the client experience

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 0-3 years of experience in Technology - Call Center/Troubleshooting/Ticketing Systems is preferred
  • Hours of operation: 24-hour tech center - open to nights/weekends/holiday
