We’re seeking a future team member for the role of an Associate to join our Client Service Team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA - HYBRID.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
Delivering an exceptional client experience to our client base through regular inquiry resolution, collateral processing activities, client analysis
Support day to day operational work
Support day to day client coverage for specific accounts
Some MIS reporting, collaboration on projects such as procedure updates, automation projects, client profile maintenance
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
College degree
0-1 years experience in operations or Client Service in financial organization
Project / detail oriented -
Client experience is preferrable
