Trial law firm seeks Permanent Full TimeLegal Case Manager/ Medical Records Clerk to handle all aspects of case management and Medical Records on behalf of personal injury clients, including gathering, organizing, and summarizing records; coordinating client care; reviewing, responding to, and issuing subpoenas; and coordinating depositions and meetings with medical providers. Ideal candidates will have a background working in a law firm, reviewing Medical Records and bills, along with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

- Intake meetings with new clients
- Ordering Medical Records and bills
- Organizing and summarizing Medical Records/bills
- Coordinating client care and communicating with clients regarding status updates
- Preparing medical timelines
- Compiling medical binders
- Coordinating meetings and depositions of medical providers
