    Senior Case Manager

    Legal Soft is seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Case Manager to join our team. As a leading virtual staffing and technology company in the legal industry, Legal Soft is committed to delivering exceptional services and optimizing law firms for success.

    Responsibilities:

    Oversee and manage a portfolio of complex cases from initiation to resolution.

    Conduct comprehensive assessments, identifying client needs, and developing personalized case plans.

    Provide leadership and guidance to a team of Case Managers, ensuring effective collaboration and client-focused service delivery.

    Act as a point of escalation for challenging cases, offering expert guidance and solutions.

    Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including legal professionals, social services, and healthcare providers.

    Monitor and evaluate case management processes, recommending and implementing improvements as needed.

    Stay updated on industry best practices, regulations, and trends to ensure compliance and excellence in service delivery.

    Prepare and present regular reports on case management activities and outcomes to senior leadership.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Law, Criminal Justice, or a related field.

    Equivalent work experience in a legal setting.

    Minimum of 5 years of experience in case management, with a proven track record of successful outcomes.

    Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.

    Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

    Thorough understanding of relevant regulations and best practices in case management.

    Proficient in using case management software and tools.

    Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
