We are looking for full-time Permanency Support Supervisor to add to our team! All you need is a Bachelor's degree in Social Work or relate field from an accredited four-year college or university with 4 years full time child placing experience as a worker or above in a private or state agency.
A Day in The Life as a Permanency Support Supervisor
As a Permanency Support Supervisor, you will provide support to staff working with particularly youth and their families to help ensure that the youth can safely thrive entering adulthood. The staff are asked to teach youth skills such as emotion regulation, having healthy relationships, conflict resolution, financial management and healthy communication with others. The staff work as part of a team to access resources, plan, and advocate to improve the quality of youth's lives.

We are looking for someone who is compassionate, eager to learn, and who wants to help youth in times of crisis to build on their strengths for healthy, long-lasting relationships by connecting them with community resources to improve their lives. We want someone who has a desire to help youth grow, learn, and develop healthy habits and a strong desire to advocate for youth and their families!
