The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong skills in team leadership, be self-directed in the acquisition of new skills, and foster a safe environment and culture for learning among nursing leadership and staff.
Must have STRONG Leadership Skills.
In Management Role, will be called upon by employees for direction and to cover for other Managers when needed.
MUST be ok with working on the floor.
This position is near Fayetteville, NC and Mon-Fri Position (8a-5p). May possibly be on call
Pay ranges from : $40/hr to $61/hr depending upon experience!
