The ideal candidate is a data-oriented, strategic-thinking B2B marketer with experience across the marketing spectrum and with a special interest in demand gen/performance marketing. You have an in-depth knowledge of major B2B ad platforms like LinkedIn and Google Ads and enjoy strategizing and implementing new ways to leverage data, optimize campaigns, and achieve results. You're a holistic thinker who understands the businesses you're marketing and the audience you're trying to reach. You care about ad quality, landing page conversion, and are always looking for new things to try. You love data and are obsessed with numbers. You are comfortable working with BI/reporting tools and teams to bring together data and produce quality, actionable reports. As a seasoned marketer, have great judgment in how and where the brand shows up and are able to exercise that judgment when considering paid media opportunities.
In this role, you will focus on actively managing campaigns from concept to results with an emphasis on cross-campaign reporting. You should be comfortable developing strategy and setting budget, negotiating and buying media and managing in-flight optimization and reporting on results with thoughtful recommendations. This is a multi-faceted role working across product lines in an integrated environment.
In this role you will:
- be responsible for managing reporting on ad spending effectiveness, working with data and engineering team members to ensure accurate tagging and tracking for all campaigns
- manage a regular marketing reporting cadence, including gathering organic/email activities for a holistic report
- collaborate with a cross-functional team, working with other members of the marketing and design teams to ensure high quality campaigns that are on message and brand
- liaise with product management to plan promotions tied to product releases
- coordinate with the sales team to strategize on best ways to target leads, ensure sales follow-up, and circle back on the quality of leads delivered and share ideas for improvement
- manage media vendors, ensuring ads are showing up as expecting, compliance requirements are met and tracking data quality from ad platforms
This role reports to the Head of Marketing and works closely with marketing, sales, legal, data, design, and product to create, track, and report on great marketing programs across product lines.
Principal Responsibilities- Responsible for paid media campaigns, from strategy, negotiation and budgeting through to creative development, trafficking and reporting
- Understand the industry media landscape and build relationships across media outlets to identify opportunities for Flourish, especially programs with high visibility
- Negotiate rates and manage IOs
- Manage design resources to deliver visually outstanding ads
- Work with legal and compliance to ensure all ads meet requirements
- Support marketing and sales goals across product lines
- Manage reporting across campaigns to provide a holistic view of marketing spend effectiveness
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years B2B marketing experience with at least 2 years focus on demand gen/performance marketing
- Financial services experience strongly preferred. Wealth management or insurance experience preferred.
- Experience with Hubspot strongly preferred. Knowledge of SendGrid is a plus
- Familiarity with major ad platforms
- Strong BI/Excel skills as well as presentation skills

Base Salary Range: $82,300 - $128,100 plus bonus
