About the Role
WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH
- Partner directly with leaders to drive projects focused on employee experience, retention, engagement and productivity, and the overall people and talent strategies needed to achieve departmental and company goals
- Advise, coach, and influence management on all things people-related, including: performance management, coaching, career pathing, employee relations, compensation, organizational development and scaling, training, culture, diversity & inclusion, and employee engagement
- Regularly gather and interpret people data to identify trends, and provide proactive insights to leadership to address operational needs
- Support our annual HR cycle deliverables - including performance management, rewards and recognition, benefits enrollment; etc
- Advise and consult on People policies, guidelines, and programs, in collaboration with COE colleagues
- Partner with the appropriate Center of Excellence (COE) team when designing programs in support of enhancing the employee experience
- Handle complex global employee relations issues, working with leadership to implement best practices and approach

- Change management/Influential: Able to influence stakeholders throughout the hiring process. Eg: You are not always being a yes-man but rather acting as a strategic partner by pushing back respectfully and influencing stakeholders in the right direction as and when necessary.
- Analytical (Data-driven): You are able to analyze reports and dashboards to provide meaningful insights and recommendations to key stakeholders.
- Ambiguity: You are comfortable navigating through ambiguous problems with independence.
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in talent acquisition and human resources is required. 5+ years of Business Partner experience.
- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational design, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and local employment laws.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or similar required. Masters in Organizational Design preferred
