Job Title: People Analytics Tableau & SQL Analyst

Job Summary
People Analytics Analyst will be a critical part of the People Analytics team, which is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering People Analytics & Insights, including the development and delivery of recurring and ad-hoc analysis and customized scorecards/dashboards.
The People Analytics team is also responsible for People data strategy and data visualizations, the People Analytics analyst will provide support to this team by:
Education/Experience/Skills
Highly proficient in Tableau (REQUIRED)
Highly proficient in MS SQL (REQUIRED)
Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot table, vlookup formula, advanced charting,etc.) and proficient in MS PowerPoint
Bachelor degree required
4-6 years experience required of relevant Tableau dashboard and scorecard experience ideally in Human Resources
High level of attention to detail, accuracy and thoroughness
Must have strong analytical skills, critical thinking ability, organizational, time management and problem-solving skills
Ability and commitment to excellent customer service and to developing and maintaining effective working relationships
Ability to work independently and manage one's time (REQUIRED)
Solid understanding of HR data and reporting/metrics requirements (preferred)
Power BI proficient (preferred)

- Developing and delivering of People scorecards/dashboards, analyzing, and interpreting the data to provide the organization with insights using Tableau, Power BI and/or MS Excel
- Consolidating and analyzing People data from multiple sources (Workday, SmartRecruiters, SQL Server, MS Excel and more).
- Analyzing data to ensure integrity/accuracy and structure data to help support or provide business recommendations
