Job Title: SQL, .NET andERP Programmer Analyst
Our manufacturing client located in the DFW area is looking to add talent to their development team. This is a well-established business with offices nationwide and they offer a hybrid work schedule.
Summary:
Responsible for documenting solution designs and technical requirements for ERP Systems, Databases and Custom applications. Translate user business expectations into technical specifications and ensure quality system deliverables. Requires strong business acumen, interpersonal skills, data analysis, and familiarity with IT SDLC methods and ITIL best practices. Experience with Agile development and Scrum/Agile framework is desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and document technical and business requirements for ERP Systems
Ensure completeness, feasibility, and alignment of specifications with system capabilities and regulatory standards.
Provide Super User and End User training, mentor junior team members.
Manage and track requirements status throughout project lifecycle.
Communicate changes and enhancements to stakeholders.
Serve as technical liaison for project scoping and issue resolution.
Oversee incident resolution and root cause analysis.
Perform duties in a light industrial setting, with occasional travel required.
Qualifications:
5+ years' hands-on experience with SQL Server environments.
Proficiency in T-SQL, stored procedures, SQL Queries, SSRS; knowledge of XML, HTML, VB .NET, and C# .NET is a plus.
Strong understanding of ERP schema, tables, and database models.
ERP Systems experience, preferably with INFOR SyteLine 8, 9, CSI10, NetSuite is preferred.
Experience in Financial Management, Supply Chain Management, and Manufacturing modules is preferred.
Experience with formal requirements matrix and technical specifications documentation.
Proficient in testing validation methods (JIRA and Agile experience preferred).
Familiarity with IT SDLC processes, ITIL best practices, and Agile development/delivery.
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
Experienced with code reuse and source code version control techniques.
