- Working with Offshore teams and delivering
- Pega AI & NLP Chat Bot, Mail Processing, Managing Strategies, Customer Profile
- Enterprise layer, Situation layer cake, Reusable components
- Low code and high guardrail scores
- Review & manage code quality effectively
- BPM / Agile Mindset with effective negotiation of requirements
- Fluent Client Communication
- Team Management Virtual Teams, Tracking, Follow-up , Closure
- Ownership and Multitasking
