• Working with Offshore teams and delivering
• Pega AI & NLP Chat Bot, Mail Processing, Managing Strategies, Customer Profile
• Enterprise layer, Situation layer cake, Reusable components
• Low code and high guardrail scores
• Review & manage code quality effectively
• BPM / Agile Mindset with effective negotiation of requirements

• Fluent Client Communication
• Team Management Virtual Teams, Tracking, Follow-up , Closure
• Ownership and Multitasking
• Customer focused deliveries
