* Schedule: 8am -12:00pm - 1:00pm – 5pm Monday – Friday No weekends
* Title: Care Team Member Physician Extender
* Responsible for: The fulfillment of the team's patient care and administrative activities.
* California licensed NP or PA

SALARY RANGE - $120k – 150k (depending on number of patients seen, goal is 22/day)
