Pediatric Office Front Desk

We are seeking a dependable and friendly person for our front office position. This person will help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working person who is able to multitask and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as being customer service oriented.

There will be no weekends or holidays. Schedule will be Monday through Friday with 2 closing days and 1 shortened day . We do ask for flexibility in hours/days worked.

Job duties would include:

-scheduling patients

-checking patients in and out

-answering phones for busy Pediatric Office

-document handling

-other administrative tasks

Skills:

-Excellent organization and time management skills

-Able to multitask effectively

-Friendly and patient with our families

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills

-EMR experience is preferred

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
