Kids 1st Pediatric Dentistry is seeking an Operations Manger for our pediatric practice.
Position: Operations Manager (Bilingual - English/Spanish)
Schedule: Monday to Friday: 8 am to 5 pm
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field (Master's preferred) or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 3- 5 years of progressive leadership and practice management experience.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Experience in pediatric dentistry, business, or training fields.
Healthcare management/customer service management skills are a plus.
Responsibilities:
Manage office staff, provide problem-solving, decision making, planning, delegation, and conflict management.
Build and maintain a positive office culture.
Select and orientate office staff in coordination with RDO and Human Resources.
Evaluate staff performance, conduct practice staff meetings, and facilitate complaints/concerns resolution.
Onboard and train new employees.
Implement office policies to achieve performance goals.
Meet or exceed annual NPS targets through implementation and set action plans as needed.
Provide information to other departments to support compliance with policies.
Ensure documentation supports revenue cycle activities.
Act as an interdepartmental liaison between the practice and other departments.
Report safety-related incidents, stay current with state and federal regulations, and monitor certifications/licenses.
Complete all company mandatory modules and required job-specific training.
