The Regional Manager oversees Operations of all practices within the assigned Region. Collaborates with Partner Doctors and team to strengthen practice development. Expectation is to support the offices to grow revenue, patient base, bring to light opportunities for practice improvement and provide support to retain a positive environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a multi-site management role
- Prior experience in Dental Operations is preferred
- Medical experience is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Responsibilities:
- Confers with Head of Integrations, VP of Strategy and business partners regarding needs and concerns of all partnered offices.
- Confers with the regional team on a weekly basis.
- Assists Office Managers and Doctors with concerns or needs within their office.
- Ability to travel to office locations on a weekly basis.
- Coach Managers for growth and development.
- Assists Manager and Doctors in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new personnel.
- When needed to cover offices at the front desk for vacancies or absences.
- Answers phones and provides information to assist Doctors, staff, and patients.
- Assist in schedules, patients and office production for the month.
- Greets patients, team members & partners in a friendly manner, by name, providing a positive environment.
- Manages staff within the practices, resolving issues, coordinating schedules, etc.
- Operates machinery, such as, computers, fax machine, copier, stamp machine, etc.
- Confers with Human Resources Manager and Facility Manager as needed.
- Facilitates continual education and training for any and all team members within the region.
- Maintain confidentiality.
