SalaryBusy Pediatric Dental/Orthodontic office looking for a receptionist to become part of a great team. We have two locations, one in Medford and one in Westford where we provide a full spectrum of Pediatric Dental and Orthodontic treatment for children and adolescents. We are looking for an individual for the WESTFORD office. Office hours are 8:15 AM – 5:15 PM Monday through Friday, and 7:45AM-3:45PM during summer and holidays. Medford is open Monday through Friday during the summer.
We need someone who can work full time
The ideal candidate is a motivated and reliable self-starter. The individual will also need to be trustworthy and have a positive attitude as we work with families and, more specifically, with children. Dental and/or Pediatric experience preferred but not required.
Some responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Greeting and checking in patients, checking out and scheduling of any appointments needed.
· Collecting and processing any monies due.
· Verifying insurance coverage and status for all patients prior to their scheduled appointments.
· Answering phones to assist with a variety patient and business needs.
· Maintain daily schedules. Fill in spots as others cancel or reschedule.
· Keep a clean environment in all waiting areas.
· Various other clerical responsibilities needed to keep the office running efficiently.
The pay starts at $20.
