We are a premier, private, multi-specialty dental practice in the South End of Boston with an opportunity for a Front Desk Manager. As the face and voice of our office, our Front Desk creates the initial foundation for the trusting relationships upon which our practice is built. Responsibilities:
- Welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Verify patient insurance information and collect payments
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow
Skills:
- Previous dental, Front Desk/management experience
- Proficiency in Eaglesoft preferred
- Strong knowledge of Front Desk operations
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining patient confidentiality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
