Responsibilities of the Data Entry Specialist
- The Data Entry Specialist will prepare, compile and sort documents for Data Entry
- The Data Entry Specialist will collaborate with the accounts payable and receivable team to verify data.
- The Data Entry Specialist will obtain further information for incomplete documents
- The Data Entry Specialist will enter data from source documents into prescribed computer database, files and forms
- The Data Entry Specialist answer phones when needed
Preferred Qualifications of the Data Entry Specialist
- 1+ years of experience with Data Entry
- Accounting knowledge
- Attention to detail
- Intermediate Excel Skills
