What You Will Do
- Search for data from multiple sources to enter into departmental databases
- Prepare source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information
- Input data accurately into spreadsheets
- Cross-check data for accuracy and correct any mistakes
- Organize existing data into spreadsheets
- Assist with special projects that require large amount of Data Entry
- Search for and investigate information contained in files
- Verify outdated data and make any necessary changes to files
- Review data for deficiencies or errors
What You Will Bring
- 1-2 years of work experience in highly detail-oriented roles
- Proficiency with MS Excel
- Intermediate keyboard skills
- Ability to accurately input data
- Must be capable of maintaining focus and remaining detail-oriented in an office environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well independently as well as with a team
- Willingness to support the team with additional tasks as requested by the manager
- Ability to work fully onsite in Raleigh
