Harbor Electronics has an immediate opening for a PCB Maintenance Supervisor.
The Maintenance Supervisor reports directly to the Facilities Manager and is responsible for overseeing and directing all maintenance projects.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervises, plans, coordinates, and directs the maintenance staff
- Supports the maintenance of all mechanical equipment
- Responsible for overseeing spare parts and inventory control
- Coordinate and schedule monthly PM's with supervisors
- Coordinates and supervises maintenance projects from start to finish
- Repair equipment conveyers, motors and pumps
- Assist with machine installations, removal, and construction
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment while complying with company policies
Physical Demands:
- Climbing ladders
- Kneeling and squatting
- Lifting, pushing, pulling up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to work around hazardous chemicals
- May work under high/cold temperature environments
- Reaching above shoulder levels
- Manual dexterity
Education and or Experience:
- High School diploma preferred but not required
- 5 years experience in PCB Maintenance
- Strong background in electrical, running all phases up to and including 480 volts
- Good communication skills
- Construction and plumbing experience
- Read, write, and speak English
