We are currently seeking a PCBA - Assembled circuit board Technician who will be responsible
for all aspects of circuit board soldering, rework, and repair, to stated requirements, and to
maintain accurate circuit board supply for electronics assembly.
Requirement:
Job Duties of Circuit board soldering/rework technician’s will be but not limited to:
Soldering skills equivalent to IPC- A610 and IPC- JSTD (Certified or prior certification)
Value added skills but not limited to:
o Capable of cross-training soldering skills and techniques to others.
o Soldering/Rework of Through hole, Wires, custom parts etc....
o Soldering/Rework of 0201, 0402, 0603 size components.
o Soldering/Rework of Fine pitch BGA’s, QFN, LGA etc....
Basic knowledge of different soldering materials and types
Capable of interpreting blueprints and able to follow work instructions.
Extreme attention to detail
ESD: Knowledge of proper PCB board /component handling and basic ESD prevention
practices.
Basic hardware tool and torque knowledge
Ability to sustain high board throughput, as needed, with accuracy, to satisfy production
needs.
Ability to multitask, adapt on the fly, prioritize, and change focus rapidly.
Flexible to perform work in other areas as required.
Must be legally authorized to work in the US.
The ability to read and write, using the English Language

Pay: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
