We are looking for PCA/CNAs $16-17.50/hour based on PT/FT and DOE. We are also looking for an Assistant Manager that would work 25-30 hours in the field working with clients as well as 10-25 hours in the office, assisting the Great Falls Manager with Marketing, Client follow ups/visits and basic administrative duties._ If you do not have a PCA/CNA Certification, we will pay for your PCA Certification and offer ongoing online training with Care Academy. _

Personal Care Assistant Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide assistance with mobility and transfers, including using assistive devices and techniques
- Help clients with meal preparation and feeding, ensuring dietary needs are met
- Support clients in medication management, including reminders and assistance with administration
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as tidying up living areas and doing laundry
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Accompany clients to appointments and outings as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Your own Reliable transportation, Valid DL, Auto Insurance to travel to client locations
- Ability to pass a background check through SafeTrac
