As the Second Assistant Store Manager, you'll play a key role in coordinating a seamless operation and creating a welcoming, customer-friendly environment in our store. Your leadership and organizational skills will ensure our team thrives and our customers leave with a smile.
What You'll Do
- Support Operational Excellence: Assist the Store Manager in streamlining daily operations.
- Provide Leadership: Work closely with the Store Manager to lead and motivate the team.
- Customer Satisfaction: Champion a customer-focused environment throughout the store.
- Performance Management: Evaluate performance, identify training needs, and work towards objectives.
- Team Development: Supervise employees, provide training, conduct appraisals, and take corrective action.
- Sales and Marketing: Contribute to achieving sales goals through guiding and providing feedback to the team.
- Conflict Resolution: Act as a pivotal point for resolving issues and concerns raised by employees and customers.
- Additional Tasks: Engage in additional tasks and initiatives as needed to ensure the store's overall success.
