Requirements
- Train bartenders on updated policies and procedures as-needed;
- Approve jackpot payout funds for verified jackpots and complete the required W-4 and Title 31 documentation;
- Address last minute schedule changes for bartenders;
- Supervise bartenders on shift and report complaints, absences, and other violations of company policy up the chain of command;
- Verify compliance with company cleanliness, safety, and regulatory standards;
- Address customer concerns and resolve disputes as-needed in accordance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements;
- Count and reconcile food and beverage deposit funds and prepare bank deposit slips;
- Assist in the resolution of inventory related issues to ensure system depletion functions correctly;
- Generate daily food, beverage, and supply orders using established guidelines and procedures;
- Perform other job duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills and an ability to interact with customers and employees in a professional manner;
- Possess excellent productivity, adaptability, self-drive, ownership and accountability, time management, focus and handling of distractions, and ability to communicate precise and concise information to the right people at the appropriate time(s);
- At least 21 years of age;
- Ability to obtain regulatory license or certifications in appropriate jurisdiction(s);
- Have and maintain a valid Nevada Driver's License, reliable transportation, vehicle insurance, and an acceptable driving record;
- Experience in a customer service position accepting cash payments, making change, and safeguarding funds;
- Proficiency in the use of PC computer software (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook);
- Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays when required;
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and bend and lift up to 25 pounds;
- Capable of multi-tasking, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
