The P&C Insurance Customer Support Associate - Work from Home (Permanent) processes email service items and related insurance service transactions. Some basic inbound phone calls may be included in duties (e.g. payment related calls). In this permanent Work-from-Home position the Associate serves as a liaison between policyholders and internal Agency functions.
