About The Role:

We are looking for a Payroll Tax Specialist. This position will manage multi-state Payroll Tax activities for our clients and is critical to ensuring our clients are compliant with tax regulations. This is a highly specialized role with a high degree of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and submit all required Payroll Tax deposits and returns accurately and timely to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
• Research and resolve all tax notices and inquiries.
• Responsible for new client tax implementation and termination of departing clients.
• Process tax adjustment and verifications.
• Register clients with taxing agencies and close client accounts when requested.
