Payroll Tax And Business Analyst

Responsibilities

Payroll Tax and Business Analyst participates in the bi-weekly payroll processing and auditing of employee timecards. Assist with processing payroll adjustments, employee deductions and time away benefits. Prepares and remits bi-weekly Payroll Taxes in a multi-state environment. Initiates and prepares quarterly tax returns, monthly payroll account reconciliation and journal entries. Responds to questions and special requests from employees and regulatory agencies. Assist with time card audits and daily maintenance of employee setup in the timekeeping system. Provides support with ERP testing and year end W2 processing.

Requirements

Required Education/Experience: - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field or CPP - Minimum five years of payroll and accounting experience with integrated ERP payroll systems (i. e. Lawson, Workday, SAP) - Minimum three years experience with automated Timekeeping system (i.e Kronos, ADP, API) Required Credentials: N/A Preferred: -Nonprofit Healthcare experience - Accounting with GL, tax reporting and audits.

This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.

Seattle Children's offers annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate with the level of the position.
