Pay Range:$40 - $42/hr.

Responsibilities:- Business, Finance, & Product Support:
- Manage rhythm of business reporting for products and studio, such as monthly business reviews.
- Prepare forecasting cycle decks and reporting.
- Develop financial models and forecasts to support budgeting, investment, and performance decisions.
- Analyze product performance data to drive improvements in player experience, engagement, or monetization.
- Prepare and present reports to stakeholders, highlighting key findings and actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, performance, and marketing, to align business strategies with creative vision.
- Perform ad hoc finance and business requests.
- Royalty & Revenue Support:
- Handle inbound and outbound invoicing and tracking.
- Manage revenue invoicing in collaboration with finance.
- Support studio royalty management.
Minimum Qualifications & Skills:- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in business analysis, business management, finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into clear, actionable insights.
- Proficient in data analysis tools and software.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
