TCC Management is a small business in Lapeer, MI. TCC Management owns and operates 110 manufactured housing communities (mobile home parks) and recreational campgrounds (RV parks) across the United States. As an investor, our thesis is that America lacks affordable housing but continues to see growing demand. We are seeking a talented Payroll Specialist to work directly with Payroll Administrator and Human Resources to assist in payroll set up and processing.

Responsibilities:

• Work in a busy office setting.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Maintain Confidentiality at all times to protect sensitive information and records
• Maintaining payroll information by collating, calculating and entering data
• Updating payroll records by entering any changes to employee information or benefits such as job title changes, exemptions and saving deductions
• Preparing reports that include summaries of earnings, tax deductions, leave, compassionate leave and non-taxable wages
• Calculating payroll liabilities by determining employee taxes, including federal and state income and social security tax, and calculating employer’s payments for social security, unemployment and worker’s compensation
• Resolving payroll discrepancies and answering any employee payroll queries
• Maintaining all payroll operations according to company policies and procedures
• Processing and issuing W-2 forms to employees
• Onboarding staff into Payroll software
• Monitor timeclock punches

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.83 - $25.09 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
