Join Casey's Payroll team as a Payroll Specialist! The Payroll Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day processing of payroll. They handle payroll transactions, resolve payroll inquiries, and ensure that all employees are paid accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Handle employee inquiries related to payroll.
- Assist with payroll tax calculations and deductions.
- Collaborate with HR to ensure accurate employee data.
- Stay informed about payroll regulations and updates.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Solid interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Solid organizational and time management skills.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to deal with sensitive and confidential information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Preferred:
- Prior payroll and garnishment experience.
- Understanding of FLSA guidelines.
