The Billing and Payroll Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions for both our residents and our staff! Working with patience, attention to detail, and a mindfulness towards serving the older generations, the Billing and Payroll Specialist helps to CREATE home for our residents, building lasting relationships with them and other staff members. Oaknoll is looking for a candidate to work full-time, Monday thru Friday, with 8 hour work days between the hours of 7:00am and 5:00pm. General responsibilities for the Billing and Payroll Specialist include but are not limited to managing all components of monthly resident Billing and bi-weekly payroll processing for employees, recording accounts receivable deposits, submitting CMS billing information and reports, verifying insurance, and providing accounting support to the Business Department, including research and documentation during financial and operational audits, as needed. The Billing and Payroll Specialist is expected to be able to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced environment, working accurately and with confidentiality, treat people they interact with courtesy and respect, and demonstrate resident-centered service in all situations.

Requirements:- Associates degree in business or accounting, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to multi-task, establish priorities, and organize efficiently.
- Detail oriented, have a professional attitude, and demonstrate reliability.
- Strong problem-solving, data analysis, research, and resolution skills.
