Description:
To assist the employees of Itasca School District 10 with human resources, payroll and benefits services by providing an extended variety of financial and personal assistance, and to ensure these services comply with all mandated state and federal laws.
Working Conditions:
Work year 12 months; 8 hours per day; benefits.
Salary: $45,000 to 70,000 depending on experience with Skyward Software
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent
Some college or coursework in accounting/certifed payroll and/or benefits administration preferred.
Skyward experience preferred.
Any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions of the position.
Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may deem appropriate or acceptable.

Primary Job Duties:
Enters payroll data into the Skyward software system and verifies entries information based on employee contracts.
Process quarterly and annual tax reports (941, 941 IL, W-2, W-3, 1099, 1095 and unemployment).
Provides data for the administration and compliance with local, state, and federal requirements (i.e. IRS, IL Dept of Revenue, IDES, TRS, IMRF, and Flexible Spending).
Receive and enter timesheets from all schools and verified for accuracy.
Other duties as assigned by the Superintendent or Designee.
Filing of all payroll information after each payroll.
