Duties and Responsibilities:
- Payroll processing for multiple clients using Quickbooks Online, ADP, Paychex, TriNet, Paycom, Gusto, etc.
- Sales Tax filing and payments for multiple clients nationwide.
- Completing technical support tasks for the accounting staff like spreadsheet projects or journal entries.
- Communication with clients in the capacity of operating the above functions
- Obliterating the status quo for our clients and our team!
Qualifications and Requirements:
- A passion for doing a great job and providing exceptional client and peer experiences.
- A drive to raise the bar and continually grow and improve professionally
- Ability to think on your feet and outside of the box
- Ability to conduct yourself with confidence and authority on the subject matter
- The ideal candidate will have prior Payroll experience in a variety of industries and/or softwares.
- Experience working with a team, collaborating, and leaning on each other for support and help to ensure our clients always receive the highest level of service
- A sense of humor, a love of animals, and a genuine joy working with a great group of fun people!
