Your Role with the Company:
You will join a highly sophisticated team of experienced construction & design professionals in a critical Project Leadership Position. You will have oversight of the firm’s most impressive custom-home projects averaging $1M+ in value with responsibility for all primary building activities from start to completion. Additionally, you will provide top-notch customer service and communicate extensively with the customer throughout the building process. You will spend the majority of your time on project sites as you manage schedules, materials, subcontractors, change orders, and budgets. You will also attend weekly or bi-weekly design, budgetary, and project management meetings. Lastly, this role is well-positioned for future advancement as the company continues to grow.

Background Profile:
- 4+ years’ project management experience
- Background in custom residential and/or commercial design build projects
- Proficiency with construction software
- Exposure to cost-plus contracts helpful
