Non Profit Organization looking for an experienced Payroll Coordinator
Responsibilities: Maintains and processes all payroll functions; compiles all new employee payroll data as required by law; inputs, reviews and edits bi-weekly employee time card data; reconciles payroll related general ledger accounts and prepares associated journal entries; prepares daily deposit for corporation; assists with various human resource duties. Full Time 40hrs/week
Minimum Qualifications: 2 years payroll processing experience using a payroll processing service for 300+ employees, preferably with Paycom. Human Resource experience a plus, but not necessary. Strong math aptitude, attention to details and accuracy. Must be very organized.
