Payroll Clerk

PrimeCare Medical is currently looking for an enthusiastic and hard-working full-time Payroll Clerk to work out of our Corporate Office located in Harrisburg, PA. In this role, the Payroll Clerk will be responsible for coordinating and processing weekly payroll.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Payroll Clerk will be responsible for all payroll functions and will be working in a UKG/Kronos and Paylocity Payroll environments. Other responsibilities will include:

- Coordinate and process payroll on a weekly basis.

- Daily communication with field managers.

- Review timecards to prepare for processing payroll.

- Input final information into payroll system.

- Process Income Withholding Orders, Wage Attachments, and other payroll adjustments.

- Maintain employee payroll records.

- Receive and respond to Payroll Questionnaires and employee payroll questions.

- Prepare and analyze payroll reports

- Any/all other duties and responsibilities as assigned or delegated.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

The Payroll Clerk position requires strong clerical skills and a large amount of data entry. The Payroll Clerk must be able to work well in a team environment and assist our field staff as needed when payroll issues arise. Other requirements for the Payroll Clerk include:

- 1-2 years of prior payroll processing experience.

- Must be familiar with payroll tax withholdings.

- Strong attention to detail.

- Excellent organization and time management skills.

- Experience working with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Outlook, Word).

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
