POSITION KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Extensive data entry
- Assist in preparing weekly payroll for multiple departments
- Maintain accuracy of payroll systems
- Compare separate sets of data from multiple systems to confirm accuracy
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer employee payroll queries
- Maintain documentation to support data entered
- Act as backup for Payroll Supervisor
- Assist accounting and office with clerical work as needed
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE NEEDED
- HS Diploma
- High attention to detail with ability to multitask
- Ability to prioritize workload
- Analytical approach to problem solving
- Proactive and takes initiative; anticipates needs of the team
- (Preferred) Strong skills in MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
