Your Role at YES
- Hybrid role focusing on both Payroll and Data Analytics/Reporting
- Analytics will rely heavily on Excel skills (creating graphs, charts, reporting, filtering, data manipulation and system auditing)
- Provide various departments reporting on a recurring and on request basis
- Payroll operations will rely on your knowledge and experience working in HRIS system Dayforce
- Assist in processing of bi-weekly Payroll for over 1,400 employees, along with the related functions such as merits, title changes, new hires and terminations, PTO and other various HRIS/Payroll projects
- Assist our employees with Payroll related questions/issues via the Payroll E-mail Inbox
- Process special payroll requests, payroll corrections and lost or missing payroll checks
- 2+ years of multi-state payroll experience
- Excellent Excel skills (must be comfortable working with Pivot Tables and complex formulas such as Vlookups, SUMIFS, etc.)
- Experience with internet-based payroll system (Dayforce highly preferred)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Confidentiality with sensitive data
- Team player with a desire to assist when needed
