- The Payroll Analyst works onsite with our prestigious Fortune 500 multinational corporation client, an innovator of medical devices, pharmaceutical and consumer packaged goods.
- This role is a full-time, fully benefited position.

As a Payroll Analystyou will be responsible for the following:
- Perform tasks related to analysis, execution, and support of payroll and time processing while maintaining the utmost confidentiality in dealing with employee records and business information.
- This role will assist with the development and delivery of payroll training, site time administrator activities and assist the supervisor/manager with organizing tasks and reviewing the work of Coordinators.
- This role is required to work independently and may assist in specialized assignment and will ensure that deliverables meet or exceed individual objectives, adhere to payroll goals, and align with service center strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in Payroll is required.
- SAP experience is preferred
- Experience in a shared service center environment preferred.
- Working knowledge of Payroll processes, procedures, controls, regulations, and compliance requirements preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft tools and applications is required.
- Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel is required (pivot tables, v- look up functions).
- Experience with payroll applications and service providers preferred.
- Experience with time systems preferred (ex. Kronos or SAP).
