Aegis is partnered with a global manufacturer near the Whitestown, IN area seeking a Direct Hire Payroll Analyst to join their growing team! This person will act as the true Subject Matter Expert in the Payroll Department, understanding and analyzing all data as it pertains to taxes, pay disputes. and audits. See below for more details.

PAY: $75K - $83K

Responsibilities:

• Acts as a liaison between the company and payroll vendor.
• Reviews vendor invoices, resolving disputes, and reporting on fees and costs.
• Performs regular audits to ensure payroll and timekeeping accuracy.
• Assists with payroll and timekeeping questions.
• Manages end of year W2 process.
• Develops training and educates leaders throughout the company regarding pay policies and timekeeping procedures; communicates all payroll and timekeeping updates as needed.
• Participates in process improvement projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associates degree in Business Administration, Accounting/Finance, or related field with 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with ADP, SuccessFactors or similar system preferred.
