Full Time Role (Onsite)
Fairview, TX
Here’s how you’ll make an impact on the team:
- Conduct semi-monthly payroll processing for two companies operating in various states, overseeing 150 employees
- Manage and record employee PTO requests while monitoring accrued balances
- Review, approve, and process vendor invoices related to health insurance
- Calculate 401k match contributions. Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records
- Keep ACA information current and applicable
- Execute month-end journal entries
- Provide assistance to employees by addressing inquiries related to payroll
- Undertake special projects from the President/CEO, CFO, or executives that contribute to the company's growth and success
- Certified Payroll Professional (Active CPP)
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 9 hours in accounting-related courses
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Demonstrates professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality
- Exceptional telephone, oral, and written communication skills for effective interaction with employees and office staff at all levels
- Strong analytical skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Gmail
- Preferred experience in NetSuite SuitePeople
- Experience in handling tasks in an extremely fast-paced environment
