Qualifications

5+ years of payroll experience in both corporate and SNF payroll environments

Prior payroll experience with knowledge of multi state and federal wage and hour laws

2+ years experience with AllianceHCM payroll and tax software

Responsibilities

The Payroll Manager will oversee the organization's payroll functions, ensuring pay is processed on a Semi Monthly (Staff Employees) and (Freelance Employees) payroll schedule accurately, and in compliance with government regulations

Ensure corporate and SNF payroll is processed in an accurate and timely manner using full cycle payroll software (currently using AllianceHCM and Swipe Clock time and attendance)
