Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee our operations in the food industry. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the business, including financial controls, customer service, and team management.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance guest satisfaction - Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of the establishment
- Manage inventory control to optimize stock levels and minimize waste
- Train and supervise staff members to maintain high standards of performance
- Coordinate catering services and ensure timely delivery of orders
- Utilize Toast POS system for efficient order processing and payment handling
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Director of Ops to achieve business goals
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food handling and preparation
- Implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
Requirements:
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction - Proven experience as a General Manager in the food industry or related field
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of cost management techniques and procedures
- Proficiency with Toast POS system is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively
