Patient Services Representative

Pay Rate: $16 - $19/hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Children's Dental Health currently has an Immediate opening for a full-time Patient Services Representative in our Exton, PA location.

As a Patient Services Representative, you will be our patients' first point of contact, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience from check-in to check-out. We are searching for a passionate and customer-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves creating smiles.

Schedule: Monday through Thursday 7:45 am to 5:30 pm. Friday's 8:00 am - 12:00 pm. Saturdays & travel as needed.

Location: 235 S. Pottstown Pike Exton , PA 19341

What You Will Do:

• Smile and greet patients and families upon arrival and dismissal
• Check in and check out patients
• Respond to patient questions and/or concerns according to CDH policies
• Answer telephones and check voicemail
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments
• Follow up on no-shows or cancelled appointments
• Verify patient information
• Keep and maintain up-to-date patient account records
• Other duties as assigned

What You Will Need:

• High School Diploma/GED required
• One year of experience working in the front desk area of a medical/dental practice strongly preferred
• Strong customer service skills; ability to communicate well
• Demonstrated desire to work with children in a pediatric setting
