Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for patients and facilities, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their inquiries and concerns.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the booking process. Providing excellent customer service by being courteous, empathetic, and responsive to patients' needs, contributing to a positive overall experience.
- Collect patient information, update records, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive data.
- Coordinate transportation for patients, utilizing transportation management systems to ensure timely and reliable services.
-Must be able to coordinate with drivers and logistics personnel to ensure timely and efficient transportation services. This involves managing schedules, optimizing routes, and addressing any unforeseen issues that may arise during transportation.
-Able to address and resolving any issues or challenges that may arise during the scheduling or transportation process, such as delays, cancellations, or special requirements.
- Utilize Zoll and other software systems to input and retrieve patient data, perform data entry tasks, and generate reports as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to analyze patient needs and develop effective solutions to enhance the overall patient experience.
- Demonstrate proficiency in GIS (Geographic Information System) to accurately map the crew's locations and optimize transportation routes.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a healthcare or medical setting.
- Proficient in data entry and working with various software systems, including Zoll.
- Familiarity with transportation management systems and fleet management processes.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to interact with patients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze information and make informed decisions to provide efficient services.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
