Education
High school diploma or GED
Experience:
One year experience in customer service setting preferred, preferably as a receptionist in a healthcare setting
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Computer skills required
Basic knowledge of office equipment: telephone, fax, copier
Medical terminology desired
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Works in heated and air-conditioned area consistent with a normal office environment.
