Schedule: Monday - Friday 8/hr. shifts; 8:00 AM-4:30 PM OR 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Job Description:
- Communicating with patients, clinicians, and location team members to discuss needs and/or concerns over the phone.
- Managing all aspects of the scheduling process for patients and team members.
- Maintaining accurate schedules
- Timely and direct communication with patients regarding schedule changes.
- Proven ability to work independently and deliver results.
Requirements:
- EPIC or EMR experience.
- Experience in customer service or previous experience in medical setting.
- Superior phone skills; confident and professional when calling people and being accurate with information.
- Excellent oral/written communication skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office and a high degree of comfort using various technologies and systems.
