The Scheduler is accountable for scheduling various types of patient appointments from simple office visits to very complex surgical and medical procedures. This may include coordinating schedules with multiple providers, specialized equipment, and other specialized resources. Complexity of this position is evidenced by the use of simple and complex medical terminology and enterprise scheduling protocols.

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

The Sisters of Providence and Sisters of St. Joseph of Orange have deep roots in California, bringing health care and education to communities from the redwood forests to the beach shores of Orange county - and everywhere in between. Required qualifications:
- Coursework/Training in Successful completion of Medical Terminology Course and/or 1 year experience in medical scheduling
- 1 year of Clerical experience or secretary in medical setting.
Preferred qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in medical scheduling
